Can I fix a typo after I buy?
There is no editing after payment, so check the preview carefully before you pay: the spelling of the name, the date, the time and the measurements. If you find a mistake after paying, reply to the order email and tell us what to change.

What to check before you pay
The preview is drawn by the same engine as the files, so what you see is what you get, minus the watermark. Read the name letter by letter, accents included, then check the date, the time, the weight and length and their units, the place and the parents' names. Weight and length print exactly as you type them, never converted. If you chose the moon on the birth date, check the time zone too: it decides which calendar day the moon is worked out for.
If you spot a mistake after paying
Reply to the email with your download link, the one titled “Your Lilu Prints poster is ready”, and say exactly what is wrong and what it should say, for example “the name should be Zoë, with two dots over the e”. Spelling it out like this leaves no room for a second mistake. Until you hear back, hold off printing the files with the error.
