How soon do I get the files?
Straight away. After you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, your order page opens with the download buttons as soon as the payment is confirmed, which usually takes a few seconds. We also email a link to the same page to the address you give at checkout. There is nothing to ship.

No account needed
There is no account to create and no password to remember: the link is your order. It opens the same download page on any device, so you can pay on your phone and download on a computer, or send the link to whoever is going to print the poster. Keep it private otherwise, because anyone with the link can download the files.
If you can't find the email
The email's subject is “Your Lilu Prints poster is ready”. If it is not in your inbox, look in your spam or promotions folder, and check the address you typed at checkout. The order page that opens after payment is the same page the email links to, so bookmark it while it is open.
