Before you buy
- Do you ship a printed poster?
No. Lilu Prints sells print files: for $19 you download the poster as PDF, PNG and SVG in all seven sizes and print it where you like.
- What if I don't know the exact time of birth?
Leave it blank. The time is optional: without it the poster leaves the time out, and the moon is worked out for noon on the birth date.
- Is the moon on the poster the real moon from the day my baby was born?
Yes, when you choose the moon on their birth date: the phase is calculated for the date, time and time zone of the birth, once, when you order.
- Can the poster be in Spanish or another language?
The poster can be printed in English or in Spanish, whichever site you shop on. Names with accents and other special letters print correctly.
- What size should I print for my frame?
Print the size of your frame, or the print size its mat is cut for. Every order includes all seven sizes, from 8 × 10″ to 50 × 70 cm.
After you buy
- Can I fix a typo after I buy?
There is no editing after payment. If you find a mistake after paying, reply to the order email and tell us what to change.
- How soon do I get the files?
Straight away. Your download page opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and we email you its link.
- Can I download my files again later?
Yes. The link in your order email does not expire, so you can download any size and format again whenever you need it.
- Which file do I send to Walgreens or a print shop?
Send the PDF to a copy and print shop, and the PNG to a photo service such as Walgreens Photo, which takes image files but not PDFs.
- Can I print it at home?
Yes, at the smaller sizes: print the 8 × 10″ PDF on US Letter paper at 100% (“actual size”) on matte paper, then trim it.
