Can the poster be in Spanish or another language?
In Spanish, yes, or English; other poster languages are not available yet. You choose the poster language in the first step, separately from the language of the site, and every design is available in both. Names with accents and letters such as ñ, ç or ü print correctly.

What changes with the language
The language sets the words printed around the details: the labels for weight, length and time, the month in the date and, on a moon design, the name of the phase. The baby's name, the place and the parents' names print exactly as you type them, in any language. Weight and length print in the units you choose, pounds and inches or kilograms and centimeters, whatever the poster language.
Names with special letters
Every lettering style on the poster includes the accented letters of Spanish and Catalan, such as á, é, ñ, ç, ü and the Catalan l·l. The letters are turned into shapes inside the file, so a print shop cannot swap them for another typeface or drop an accent. If a name ever contains a character a lettering style cannot draw, the form tells you before you pay instead of printing an empty box.
